Job Description

As our Enablement Specialist, you are passionate about developing front-line team members to be incredibly effective consultative sales managers. In this role, you will be part of a high performing team that delivers awesome results for our customers every day. Our vision for consultative selling is to create a deep understanding of empathy for our customers and to consistently deliver the right solution for each customer's needs. By owning the Sales Enablement tool you will ensure, that our Sales Managers will deliver perfect pitches day by day. You will work with local and global teams to deliver training and elevate the quality of sales effectiveness.


  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to create and deliver competency development programs that support ongoing skill and knowledge progression within the sales organization
  • Develop the perfect pitch with compelling and stunning PowerPoint Presentations
  • Create and manage the sales onboarding program and identify opportunities to enhance the delivery of content as well as the evaluation of learning, application, and impact on the business
  • Use third-party applications supporting excellence onboarding and training programs, especially via videos
  • Develop and execute readiness guides for new sales programs and channels of delivery
  • Facilitate the delivery of recurring learning programs and events – virtually or in-person, to enhance the capabilities and productivity of the sales team
  • Measure consumption, effectiveness, and impact of learning, information, and tools
  • Track enablement metrics and work to continually improve the productivity of the sales teams through increased knowledge and awareness measured by Time to first revenue, Activity metrics, Attainment


  • 3+ years experience driving effective sales enablement or customer success enablement strategies leveraging technology and contemporary learning techniques
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align sales enablement objectives with the overall business strategy of the organization
  • Demonstrated experience as a lead or having full ownership over a project. Effective project management skills
  • A passionate speaker, who can spark the fire for our Sales Managers
  • Tech savvy and enthusiasm for enterprise applications, tools, and technology in general
  • Experience with virtual learning environments and learning management systems is preferred
