Are you a Backend Developer with all your heart? Do you love to play with the latest tech and ideally already obtained experience in the field? Do you care about performance as well as stability? Do you wish to familiarize yourself with new concepts? Perfect! Sounds like you are our new Backend-Developer (m/f/d).
Technical Skills:
– Profound knowledge of TypeScript & Node.js
– Very high-quality standard and a passion for resilience
– Strong background with databases and data modeling
– Strong background with creation and maintenance of APIs
– Solid understanding of useful frameworks and ecosystems, but also able to create something from scratch and maybe even make it reusable across different frameworks and runtimes
– Bonus: Solid knowledge of serverless AWS services and best practices regarding deployment
Your tasks as we could imagine them:
– Develop the platform and get MVP ready
– Review and suggest best practices for design and development keeping the future in mind
– Work closely with the team and come out with the architecture and choice of technology & databases
Current tech stack:
– Serverless deployment on AWS, using CDK & SAM (prototype on Heroku)
– TypeScript (strict mode)
– Node.js or Deno as runtime
– Rust, WebAssembly for parsers
– React, Tailwind for UI
– Blitz.js or RedwoodJS, Prisma for prototyping
