🤓 About the role
We’re looking for a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our founding sales team! As an early member of the team, you’ll be instrumental in helping define our sales motion, meaningfully shape our future product, and drive business revenue all while having a blast doing it!
🎉 What you’ll get to do
- You own Mooncamp’s content, social media, and community building strategy
- You lead the development of content like blog articles, social media posts, product release notes, and email marketing campaigns
- You develop and refine our strategic messaging and positioning and help apply and maintain consistency across all of our channels
- You build an intimate understanding of Mooncamp products, their place in the industry and the market we operate in (Agility, HR/L&D, OKR, New Work, …)
- You experiment with new channels, just a few ideas:
- New community building tools
- PR
- Podcasts
- Webinars

As a key member of the Growth team, you’ll be wearing a lot of different hats and working closely together with Mooncamp’s founders, especially Joel.
Mooncamp is still in fast-growth startup mode, so you’ll be called on to be a doer, as well as a planner, and strategist.
🙌 You’ll be a great fit if…
- You have previous experience in writing long-form content (e.g. blog articles)
- You’ve previously owned projects across multiple social channels
- You’re familiar with email engagement strategies including drip and re-activation campaigns
- You are an exceptional writer and express yourself with flair
- You have a high degree of initiative and creativity
- You have an analytical mindset and enjoy problem-solving
- You have the courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it. See something broken? Fix it 🙂
- You are fluent in English
Bonus points
- You have experience in a SaaS and/or startup environment
- You have experience with marketing automation tools like Hubspot or similar
- You are fluent in German
- You have experience with Figma
