Director Business Development - EU (f/m/d)
(London, UK OR Remote, Fulltime, permanent contract)
Your tasks:
Supporting the corporate growth strategy by leading strategic initiatives to generate and actively manage large accounts with a focus on pharmaceutical organizations
Implementation and optimization of existing Business Development activities to generate new accounts as well as to maintain and grow existing accounts
Further development of solutions in the key account sector through analytical consideration of customer needs and motives
Independent and self-driven management of end to end sales processes, from an initial approach through contract signature in line with the corporate sales strategy
Strengthen and build sustainable cross-functional relationships with partners, distributors, and key opinion leaders
Be an official representative of the firm in events, conferences and in front of our customers
Coordinate and disseminate the forecasting and reporting data to leadership and executive team
Your profile:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an appropriate business field, e.g. Business Administration, Life Science or a comparable area
Several years of professional experience in a relevant industry environment including but not limited to CRO, health technology, service provider or comparable
Proven track record in global business development, acquisition and sales
Determined, analytical and self-driven personality with a strong hands-on mentality
Outstanding English communication and negotiating skills with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchical levels
Advanced MS Office skills, experience in CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce)
General ability and willingness to travel (60%) is required
