EDURINOs vision is to teach children 21st century skills with the power of games.
We re-think how children play and learn and develop a hybrid play-based
learning system that combines hard- and software. Haptic figurines and a stylus
pen are the key to adaptive learning games.
Our team has been dedicated to creating innovative and interactive,
game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. With
our Series A funding of €10,5 million (by DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ
Labs, btov and Emerge Education), we’ll be able to accelerate the development
of new learning worlds, grow our team further and expand our reach to more
learners around the globe!
ROLE PURPOSE
As a fast-growing tech start-up in the education sector, we are looking for a
motivated and hands-on sales talent to join our team! As a (Jr.) BDR (m/f/d),
you will support our Head of Sales and the co-founders in building up the retail
channels together. This includes building relationships with retail buyers, customer
acquisition and support, helping to organise launch events and promotions, and
attending trade fairs. A very exciting role with high impact and a main focus on
internationalisation awaits you!

YOUR MISSION AT EDURINO
● Build and maintain strong relationships with external key retail partners as
well as internal stakeholders
● Complete virtual customer care and collaboration in a tandem sales team
● Collaborate with the sales team and co-founders to identify new business
opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with retailers
● Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to
improve account strategies and the product development
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams, like Marketing, Customer Success,
and Operations to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any
customer issues or concerns as well as to anticipate those
● Occasionally there are business trips involved, for example to trade fairs
(no constant travel activity required)
IT IS A MATCH IF YOU…
● Finished a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or
related field, or an apprenticeship in retail sales
● Bring an affinity and basic understanding of sales management,
preferably in the educational tech, toys, or hardware sector
● Dispose excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with
empathy for a variety of stakeholders
● Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills and love working in a
hands-on manner with high impact
● Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced,
startup environment
● Bring the willingness to travel as needed
● Are business fluent in English and German (both written and spoken)
