EDURINOs vision is to teach children 21st century skills with the power of games.
We re-think how children play and learn and develop a hybrid play-based
learning system that combines hard- and software. Haptic figurines and a stylus
pen are the key to adaptive learning games.
Our team has been dedicated to creating innovative and interactive,
game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. With
our Series A funding of €10,5 million (by DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ
Labs, btov and Emerge Education), we’ll be able to accelerate the development
of new learning worlds, grow our team further and expand our reach to more
learners around the globe!
ROLE PURPOSE
We are seeking a Junior Operations Manager (m/f/d) to assist in the
management of the day-to-day operations of the organisation. The purpose of
this role is to ensure that all operational activities are carried out efficiently,
effectively, and in accordance with established policies and procedures. What
does this mean?
You will be responsible for supporting the senior management team in the areas
of supply chain management, inventory control, vendor management, customer
service, and process improvement. You will work closely with the Operations
Manager and other internal and external stakeholders to help identify areas for
improvement and develop and implement strategies to enhance overall
operational performance.

YOUR MISSION AT EDURINO
● Work closely with our senior operations manager as well as the founders
along strategic decisions on the scale up of EDURINO
● Independently test other European markets and roll out operations for the
internationalization of EDURINO
● Drive sustainable production of figurines, pen and packaging
● Optimize operational processes and manage suppliers, fulfillers and
logistics providers
● Coordinate the production workflow of multiple products at the same time
● Help us plan demand by channel (webshop, Amazon and retail) and
ensure products are in stock on time
● Take responsibility for the Amazon channel and manage FBA inventory
● Support in setting up an automated demand planning system and

IT IS A MATCH IF YOU…
● Finished a bachelor’s degree in Management/Business/Economics or a
related field with excellent academic performance
● Have gained work experience in fast-paced work environments
(start-ups/strategy consulting) from multiple internships
● Are a hands-on person with a goal-driven can-do mentality, and have a
autonomous working style
● Are highly analytical driven and love working with data
● Have a high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple,
competing priorities simultaneously
● Are a pragmatic thinker with a true growth mindset
● Have excellent communication skills in both German and English and the
ability to clearly communicate with different stakeholders at level C1
● Are a teamplayer and appreciate an ambitious and likewise supportive
learning culture
