Finance and Operations Manager


# your job

  • Establish and maintain a financial model to constantly track the health status of the company and prepare budgeting in coordination with the CEO.
  • Advise across departments on KPIs which contribute to our financial forecasts and establish a “build, measure, learn” mentality across the firm.
  • Be the first-level contact for all legal requests, reviewing all regulatory and compliance requests in coordination with the CEO.
  • Oversee the company’s accounting incl. Payroll, as well as preparation of all financial reportings.
  • Own the hiring process to guarantee the highest quality of new Climedo employees.
  • Build and maintain Climedo employee education, engagement programs and events to keep employee satisfaction and spirit high.

# your profile

  • You are ambitious, competitive, highly energetic and intrinsically motivated to solve challenges in a creative and entrepreneurial way.
  • You have 2+ years experience in a similar role and have experience in Finance, preferably also Operations, Legal and People.
  • You possess excellent financial modelling skills and have experience with budgeting and KPI setting.
  • You are goal-oriented and have an analytical, KPI-driven mindset.
  • You have native German skills as well as strong written and verbal English skills.
