As our dynamic Head of Growth, based in Berlin or Aachen, you’ll be the driving force behind making POHA the Cospaces brand everyone craves. With our expanding horizons and new locations, you’ll lead our vivacious Growth team to conquer new heights in marketing, sales, and brand management.

Your Profile

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and German is essential for this role

Proven experience in growth, sales, and marketing roles, preferably in the coliving or hospitality industries

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams

Demonstrated success in driving brand awareness and customer acquisition

Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and analytics
-
Proficiency in sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns and partnerships

Familiarity with the coliving industry landscape and emerging trends

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize growth initiatives

Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively

Your Tasks

Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth

Lead and manage the Growth team, including sales, account management, and marketing functions, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with company goals

Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand POHA’s presence in the coliving market

Oversee the development and execution of creative marketing campaigns, leveraging digital and traditional channels to engage target audiences

Manage key accounts and establish strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making and optimize growth initiatives

Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth, sales, and marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of growth strategies across the organization

Manage growth-related budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and return on investment

Represent POHA at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and expand our network
