THE ROLE

As a member of our Finance Operations team, you will be involved from day one in enabling large-scale IT projects across our department and beyond. You drive process automation, ensure data quality and continuously improve daily operations.

We are looking for someone to join our Munich office or remote in any Personio office location (Germany, Spain, Ireland, UK, the Netherlands) in full-time (40hrs/week).

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

-Set up and support data interfaces between multiple finance tools and systems, especially our central ERP-System, Workday Financials
-Set up and maintain scripts to automate data conversion
-Document new processes and train colleagues to use these on a regular basis
-Assist in the creation, validation and continuous improvement of reports
-Support data transformation and migration activities
-Support the maintenance of different large business systems, including our ERP- and Planning-Systems

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
-You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information System or related
-As a working student or intern you have gained your first experiences with databases or have applied your programming skills in other fast-paced companies
-You are a team-player but do not mind tackling activities on your own
-You have an high degree of proactiveness, diligence and a get-stuff-done mentality
-You are confident using Microsoft Office and/ or Google Suite
-You are business-fluent in English (German and other languages are a plus)
-Availability for at least 3 months, ideally 6 months
-You are eligible to work within the EU
