THE ROLE

As part of the Reward Team you will be working on developing, implementing and embedding our reward strategy across Personio from both a strategic and operational perspective and getting us closer towards being the best technology company to work for in Europe.
Some of your responsibilities include:
-You will be supporting with developing and maintaining salary bands for a variety of job families across all departments
-You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility for the work on our Employee Share Option Plans
-You will be supporting with implementing and maintaining Global Benefits
-You will be working data-driven – diving into analytics, supporting with reporting and deriving insights from employee surveys
-You will be working with the broader People Team to deliver performance & compensation review cycles
-You will be supporting with Driving Total Reward Engagement
-You will have the opportunity to work on various projects within the Reward team
-You will be operating with full ownership of topics and excel on service
-You have an eye for detail and ensure a high result quality
-Sharing and documenting your insights and learnings is a given for you

The role sits as part of the Reward & People Analytics Team alongside our Reward Partners. We are part of the People & Workplace Department with responsibility across the entire company.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
-You are a student of business administration/economics or of a comparable program, ideally with a focus on Human Resources (at least in your third semester)
-You are engaged, reliable and have a great perception of details and work very service-oriented
-You have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with employees
-You are interested in working and analyzing data and build your muscle to translate KPIs into actionable people related activities
-Ideally you have first knowledge in Human Resources or a related field
-You have very good written and spoken English skills
-You are confident in using all Google Products (especially Google Sheets); experience with content management systems (e.g. Atlassian) and data driven tools (e.g. tableau) is a plus
-Initial experience in the area of Reward or similar in the context of internships or working student activities is an advantage but not a requirement
-As an intern, you will be available to us for 4 months or longer (with the possibility of a subsequent position)
