Junior Account Executive
Hailey HR is a SaaS HR-tech scale-up founded in Sweden in the spring of 2020 by a group of engineers and entrepreneurs with many successful companies in their portfolio. Back in 2019 the founders were looking for an HR system for one of their own companies and found out that it was a lack of modern, user-friendly, and GDPR-compliant systems out there so decided to build the HR system they were looking for!
Today, the company consists of a team of 32 employees with experience within both HR and tech with a mission to help companies modernize the way HR departments are working. Since Haily has grown so fast and reached such success in Sweden we have decided to go abroad and try our wings in Germany. Therefore, we are so excited for you to join us at our new office in Berlin!
About the position
As a Junior Account Executive at Hailey HR you will be a key player in the sales team in Germany which is a completely new market for the company. You will be one of the first team members in the office in Berlin and together with the rest of the team in Germany, Sweden, Norway, and Finland, you work actively to increase the company’s customer base.
The focus of the position is B2B sales where you are responsible for the entire sales journey, from prospecting to closing deals. This includes processing new clients, booking client meetings, and holding demos where you present Hailey’s system. When a deal is closed, customer responsibility is handed over to the Customer Success team, which in turn handles the onboarding of new customers.
As you work with customers from various industries with a focus on both large and small companies, it is important that you are interested and motivated to work with complex sales processes. The processes usually involve contact with stakeholders from many different departments such as HR, Finance, and IT.
In the position, you are given great personal responsibility and have good opportunities to influence both your and Hailey’s development. Together with your manager, you are responsible for reaching your set goals and budget.

- Work experience in sales or service is strongly meritorious
- Experience in sports or involvement alongside studies or work is strongly meritorious
- Very good knowledge of speech and writing German and English

In order to work effectively, you also need a good ability to easily create structure and order in your work.

Start date: In January or by agreement
Salary: Base salary + commission
