Your Responsibilities:
As part of the HR team, you will be responsible for the following areas:
- Office Management. You have a firm grip on office organisation and work independently and with foresight.
- Administration. You take over the management and control of the inventory of all resources and ensure that our office and our team areas make an excellent impression at all times.
- Reception. You are the first face that our staff and external visitors see and thus contribute significantly to our first impression.
- Problem solving. You always have an open ear for problems and questions and proactively find solutions in cooperation with the HR and management team.
- HR and team. You support our HR team in organisational and operational tasks. You responsibly manage the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
We Expect:
- Communication & Language. You speak fluent German, good English and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
- Organisational skills. With your excellent organisational skills, you manage to keep an overview, set priorities and adapt quickly in an agile work environment.
- Empathic & constructive. You are reliable, passionate and maintain a positive attitude even when things get hectic or change unexpectedly.
- Experience. You have already supported dynamic international teams and gained initial work experience in office management.
- Discretion. You know what it means to handle sensitive data with care and absolute discretion.
