Product Pricing Manager (m/f/d)
In this position, you are an indispensable part of the product team and provide a fundamental contribution to the product success. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and will work closely with product managers and metal tech experts in guaranteeing our prices maximize sales and are accurate. You are responsible for pricing strategies and processes, anticipating market trends, prices for product and shipping, and challenging production costs. You will help to create innovative and valuable solutions for the complex requirements of our B2B environment.
You manage customer price formulation of product verticals and shipping, taking necessary actions to maximize revenue and profitability and to ensure prices integrity and accuracy
You define and enhance pricing processes, aiming to improve efficiency and to ensure timely response to market conditions changes
You collaborate with product managers, metal tech experts, and other necessary stakeholders to promote strategic and operational execution in the respective product pricing scopes
You establish and track metrics to evaluate pricing effectiveness and overall process quality
You carry out continuous qualitative and quantitative analysis to better calibrate prices and processes, including data extraction and analysis, tests, customer interviews, teams feedback, etc.
You see what went well or bad and iterate fast to achieve desired results: Do, learn and iterate fast
3+ years of work experience in pricing, online B2B sales, marketing tech, finance, consulting, or related fields
Completed studies (Bachelor, Master or MBA) in the fields of Business Management, Econometrics, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, Informatics, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related
Strategic thinker, with strong business and analytical background.
Impressive problem solving skills and critical mindset. Able to find patterns, analyse complex scenarios, execute tests and derive effective actions
Enjoy working on a complex product while being entirely passionate for technology and the digitalization of the traditional manufacturing industry. You challenge the status quo everyday and strive to improve our products and processes.
Great written and verbal communication skills in English. You are well structured and able to interact with stakeholders inside and outside the company.
You’d put on yourself the labels outcome-driven, customer-centric, hands-on problem solver, and self-organized. You feel comfortable with a fast paced and entrepreneurial environment
By 1 month: You’ve become knowledgeable to a high degree of our product pricing mechanisms and main challenges. You actively contribute in basic prices updates
By 3 months: You’ve become an important collaborator to product pricing and decision-making
By 6+ months: You’ve become a complete member of the team with full knowledge of your scope and help shaping our pricing strategy and future steps within the company
