Sales/Account Manager Software Development Services
About the Job
You will help division5 create and manage the sales pipeline from start to finish. This will include understanding who the right customers are and then formulating a strategy on how to reach them. You will iteratively implement that strategy and continue and improve on those things that work.
Our sales approach focuses on building relationships. Therefore, you will develop and maintain positive and lasting relationships with current customers and continuously identify further needs and requirements. Over time, you will grow the sales team and expand into new markets. Finally, you grow and maintain a strong network of sales partners.
What you should bring
Important skills for the job:
2-5 years of professional working experience as a sales manager or account manager (preferably in the IT industry)
Highly organized & able to prioritize shifting workloads and responsibilities effectively
Strong track record of effective sales organizations and exceeding targets
Deliver sales, revenue and manage expense in addition to wider business strategy
Networker by heart and a strong client network
Excellent English and German negotiation skills
Commercial and customer driven
Encouraging and delivering change
Eagerness to learn new skills and work with new software
Excel under pressure, be well organized and be able to multitask
Passionate about the startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship
Helpful skills for the job:
Knowledge of Hubspot Sales Pro or similar CRM/Sales tools
Experience in building and managing a (sales) team
