Senior Clinical Scientist (m/f/x)

Your Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned protocols and protocol requirements;
educate supporting team members - Plan and lead the implementation all study startup/conduct/close-out activities as applicable
- Activities related to data generation and validation, including CRF design, clinical data review/query resolution; ensure consistent, quality data review by supporting CS team
- Clinical data trend identification in safety and/or efficacy; provide trends and escalate questions to Medical Experts
- Collaborate and serve as primary liaison between external partners for scientific advice
- Developing as the major expert, scientific rationalities and communication plans for the collaboration with pharmaceutical partners
Your Qualifications
- University degree in a biologic/scientific discipline (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years R&D experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environment, incl. 2+ years in clinical program management
- Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements is useful
- Ability to solve problems, work independently and in teams
- Demonstrated multi-tasking ability, managing multiple, conflicting priorities effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills reflecting confidence, responsiveness, flexibility and diplomacy
- Exceptional leadership skills including ability to lead, manage conflict, manage change, influence and manage teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language, strong computer skills, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project) and solid presentation skills are essential
- Ability to travel globally up to 15 %
