(Senior) Sales Development Representative - SDR (m/w/d)
You become the "face" of CONROO and approach potential new customers with a portfolio tailored to your needs.
You will attract the attention of relevant contacts with unconventional and creative methods.
You proactively approach new corporate customers and expand the sales pipeline.
Work closely with sales and marketing managers to grow the pipeline sustainably.
Leverage strong sales skills to make qualified appointments.
Ensuring that customers are well advised by always keeping them informed about our SaaS product.
Creating high-quality content.
Further, develop the acquisition process to increase results.
Exchange with the sales management.
You qualify customer contacts, prepare appointments in an optimal and target group-oriented way and provide important information to the sales department.
With your understanding of customer requirements, you enable our sales team to keep numerous appointments with customers who are eager for knowledge.
You coordinate your approach closely within the team and document your customer contacts in our CRM system.
First experience in sales, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
You bring in-depth experience in customer acquisition and take our customer acquisition to a new level with your creativity.
Ability to inspire our prospects and convey a strong and authentic impression of our products.
Very good organisational and time management skills.
Distinct problem-solving skills with creative and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in a team and enjoy celebrating successes together.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German.
Fluency in English
Experience using LinkedIn CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot and other CRM tools is a plus.
Deep insights into building up an IT startup while becoming familiar with most of our areas
Acting on your own responsibilities and autonomous work environment
