Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes from creating the job ad until the employment contract is signed;
- Creating job advertisements and publishing them in the most appropriate channels to create a strong candidate pipeline
- Working with the Marketing team on employer branding activities such as job/career fairs, content creation for the current social media channels, etc.
- Organizing and attending meetings with prospective clients
- Actively sourcing suitable candidate profiles via LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed and other social media and/or innovative channels
- Creating, presenting and negotiation the job offers with potential candidates in order to ultimately have a signed contract
- Sharing and negotiating the employment contract and manage the onboarding process
- Support the compensation & benefits activity
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for potential future candidates
- Regular market research to identify recruitment trends and apply them
- Supporting administrative affairs activities such as keeping the invoices, employee contracts, other documents, and organization of events
- Raise trust-based relationships with stakeholders and potential candidates
