YOUR MISSION

As part of our special agent team, you will take ownership of key projects across the company with real bottom-line impact across functions. You will work directly with our founders and entrepreneurs in residence. This role intends to equip you with the skills to succeed in an impactful full-time role at Dropp or any other startup and we will extend job offers to return full-time for the best performers. Your responsibilities will include:

Take ownership of clearly scoped projects end-to-end and work on them closely with one of our founders or entrepreneurs in residence.

Support the founders and entrepreneurs in residence on high priority topics such as hiring, fundraising preparations, customer success management, ops process implementation, expansion, etc.

Have a significant impact on making Dropp scalable and efficient.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a student (any field) and have demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership abilities in the past, as shown by your extracurricular activities, work experience, or academic record. Usually, we consider students from the 3rd semester onwards, but take on younger candidates when we see great potential.

You are hungry, humble, and never stop learning.

You have an interest in entrepreneurship and logistics/e-commerce.

You combine an analytical mindset with a hands-on attitude.

You work independently & entrepreneurial.

You are excited about and aligned with our values.

We are building a faster, greener and more consumer friendly post purchase experience for online brands.Dropp operates hyper local warehouses in the heart of German cities to provide same-day delivery within 3 hours, scheduled delivery and scheduled returns.
